Tarek Al Assal

Co-founder & CEO

Tarek built his career understanding businesses from the inside, starting in audit at Grant Thornton, then leading financial planning and analysis across a range of industries. Known for structured thinking and aligning cross-functional teams, he believes great companies are built on systems that connect people, processes and data. As CEO, he leads TAS Venture's vision of building intelligent ventures that help industries operate more efficiently and make better decisions.

Awan Al Saqqaf

Co-founder & CTO

Awan's work spans finance, ERP consulting, business intelligence and data analytics, where he saw too many organizations reduce powerful systems to little more than data-entry tools. That shaped his belief that software should actively guide people, simplify complexity and unlock value from day one. At TAS Venture, he combines AI, automation and enterprise architecture to build intelligent products that adapt to how businesses actually work.

Saeed Bahar

Co-founder & CSO

Saeed's career spans external audit, accounting consultancy, financial governance and corporate strategy across diverse industries. A natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset, he has a talent for connecting people, spotting opportunities and creating partnerships that generate long-term value. As CSO, he brings strategic thinking, financial discipline and market insight to ensure every venture is built around real business needs.
